Dr. Thomas Scheiwiller is a leading expert in sustainability and corporate responsibility. During his career Thomas has served at AccountAbility as the Global Head of Clients and Industries and as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held a variety of roles, including Global Managing Partner of Sustainability Advisory Services worldwide. He focuses his consulting on integrated reporting, governance, risk, compliance and integrity services primarily for clients in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and financial services sectors. Dr. Scheiwiller is a member of the Steering Committee of the European Business & Biodiversity platform and lectures on Risk Management and Ethics at the University of Lausanne.
Thomas holds a Ph.D in Physics from the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Dr. Scheiwiller started his career as an environmental consultant.

Creator of the “Risk = Hazard + Outrage” formula for risk communication, Dr. Peter M. Sandman is one of the preeminent risk communication and crisis management speakers and consultants in the world today. His unique and effective approach to managing risk controversies has enabled Dr. Sandman to help clients through a wide range of public controversies that threatened corporate or government reputation – from oil spills to labor-management battles; from vaccine autism scares to terrorism events. A Rutgers University professor from 1977 to 1995, Dr. Sandman founded the Environmental Communication Research Program (ECRP) at Rutgers in 1986, and was its Director until 1992. During that time, ECRP published over 80 articles and books on various aspects of risk communication. Dr. Sandman has been a full-time consultant since 1995. Donald Steel is a specialist in reputation and crisis and issues management. For 11 years he was the BBC's chief media spokesman based in London and stepped down from this role three years ago to work with individual, corporate and government clients in London, Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He remains an adviser in communications to the BBC. He has served as a Guest Lecturer at the London School of Economics and at the China Media Centre of the University of Westminster. The scope of his experience ranges from product contamination crisis to on-the-ground management of affected personnel as the result of terrorist attacks. Tony has taken much of his practical experience and developed or delivered practical crisis leadership education to senior Executive groups around the world. Routinely, Tony is called upon by a wide range of companies to provide priority support to developing events, in both emerging economies and first world environments. Jiin Shin is a Public Relations and Communications professional with more than 20 years experience in broadcast, storytelling, advertising and communications in Korea. She has worked with leading clients across the region including Samsung, Microsoft, Adidas, Baskin Robbins, LG and Oricom and supported the President of Korea, Kim Young-sam, the Seoul Mayor Cho Soon and Mrs. Lee Hee-ho, the former First Lady of the president of Korea Ki Dae-Jung. He has 13 years of online corporate communications and 28 years of blue chip consulting experience. He brings expertise in digital strategy including message delivery, content strategy and protecting online reputation.He was one of the original directors of Investis, the European market leader in the design, build and hosting of corporate websites, where he built and was responsible for the delivery side of the business as well as running the largest accounts. During this time he oversaw the delivery of over 400 websites and implemented 5 different content management systems. Before 2000, he spent 14 years at Accenture delivering £multi-million national IT and business reengineering projects in Utilities, Manufacturing and Government sectors. Phil Dickie is a recipient of Australia's highest journalism award, a Gold Walkley, for his investigative journalism work leading to the Fitzgerald inquiry (The Commission of Inquiry into Possible Illegal Activities and Associated Police Misconduct). Following the inquiry, Phil Dickie became a special advisor to the newly formed Criminal Justice Commission, researching organised crime. He also completed research projects for the UN Commissioner for Human Rights and WWF International among others. His report "Rich Countries, Poor Water" surveying the parlous state of water supplies in the developed world has attracted extensive international media attention, as did a follow-up report on desalination. The WWF report Rich countries, poor water is one of the first comprehensive overviews of water issues in the developed world including Australia, Spain, Japan, and the UK, and the US.
Among other endeavours, Phil Dickie has taught investigative journalism, investigated dubious property marketing practices for the State government, and established a reputation for environmental writing and consulting. His bestselling book The Road to Fitzgerald remains required reading on investigative journalism in universities around Australia.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forestry, Sociology and Politics from the Australian National University of Canberra.

.Robert Klijn has 25 years experience in the financial services industry. As an ESG specialist and coFounder of FairImpact Robert is an expert in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues. He is chairman of the committee responsible investing of the Dutch Association of Investment Professionals VBA. From 2002 to late 2008 Robert was an ESG entrepreneur at ING Equity Markets. He initiated ESG brokerage and was in constant dialogue with the research department and institutional investors to develop new ESG products. Under his leadership, a network of listed companies was built that had discussions with institutional investors during ESG seminars and road shows. He was later responsible for supplying information on ESG issues to boards of pension funds and unions within the Client Portfolio Management team of APG.
